Last night I went to Meijer to look for halloumi cheese. No luck, but I did find Michigan blueberries, so all was not lost. I ended up getting some other sheep/goat milk cheese in case I didn't have time to look anymore before making the salad tomorrow.
But, the story does not end there! I had a few minutes after a donor visit this morning, so I returned a scrapbook to the scrapbook store, and decided to stop by Arbor Farms. They had it! I found it! I should have known that they would carry it.
Ann Arbor, you have yet to let me down.
